Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AgroAI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars, whichever is greater.
